Automatic turn on generator. Grounds maintained by owner. Mandatory maid service every 2 months at tenants cost. Washer & dryer. Iron board/iron and 110 volt in wall receptacles. Meets 30-day canine & feline confinement requirements. Payment of pet security fee required as advised by Landlord.
Tenants responsible for 10% Gov't VAT, water, cable, internet, electric (each bedroom A/C separately metered for usage and billed per bedroom), generator fuel & cooking gas billed per apartment usage & maid service bill of US$70 every two months. All utilities connected and landlord presents all bills monthly.
